Indeed the clarion call has been heeded. The Joe Morolong municipality has ap-pointed a new municipal manager, Tebo-go Tlhoaele.
The former regional director of the Depart-ment of Social Development emerged as the preferred candidate at a special council meeting held at the municipality on October 04, 2017. He comes along with a wealth of experience, especially in financial manage-ment.
For the past four years the Department of Social Development has been getting clean audit reports and he has been part of the players in the achievement. It is believed that this kind of performance could be re-plicated in the municipality that received a disclaimer audit report in the last financial year.
Mr Tlhoaele takes over the reins from Tshepo Bloem whose contract had ended in
