Mr Molaole holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree obtained at the University of Western Cape and has been in the relevant sectors for a long time.
For seven years he was a busi-ness studies and economics lecturer at Kimberley Urban FET college where he was also a college council member from 1998 to 2003. He was the chief financial officer for Ga-Se-gonyana local municipality for five years.
With his fluid finesse in the admini-stration, he was roped in to assist with the local government projects, including the completion of the now popular Rural Development Plan houses dotted throughout Batlha-ros, Bankara-Bodulong, Seodin, Mothibistad and Wrenchville.
Mr Molaole has been integral in in-ternal policy-making policies within the African National Congress at dis-trict and provincial levels. After a short stint, he rejoined government as a director of COHGSTA Northern Cape in the municipal finance divi-sion. With his astuteness in the di-vision, he was seconded to strug-gling municipalities where he stra-tegically drafted the turnaround strategies and successfully impro-ved the audit outlook of one of the Northern Cape struggling munici-palities.
The appointment of Mr Molaole completes the total administration of the region's municipalities and for a fact all these municipal managers are “local content” with the requisite skills to transform the fortunes of their region predominantly led by the ANC government.
